We helped PartnerRe go below the surface to create strategic and tactical brand solutions and improve the site experience.
PartnerRe needed a brand alignment across their marketing system. But that was just the beginning. As we found during our analysis, they also needed a revamp of their site.
Their site was difficult to use, so we focused, for example, on taking the friction out of one of their critical business tools—the contact page and module.
Simultaneously, we recast their voice sitewide to make it more approachable.
With our new design, we applied their updated branding and improved the information architecture across the site.
In the process, we exceeded the goal of gaining more alignment across assets, which helped to better express their brand.
